An Average of 6,000 children and their families living in the Wa-Nee School District are served per year.
Rent & Utility Assistance
FCDC receives annual funding to assist those who qualify and live
in the Wa-Nee School District.
Medication Assistance Program
We assist qualifying individuals to receive free prescription
medications. Appointments available.
Vaccines and Shots
Approximately 80 vaccinations and shots are given each month as needed
for newborns & pre-school aged children who do not have adequate
insurance or Medical coverage. By appointment
only.
Women's Care Center / B.A.B.E
Multi-services for pregnant women. Beds And Britches Etc. provides baby essentials for parents to purchase with coupons they have earned.
Thanksgiving Baskets
200 turkey dinners & all the trimmings!
Christmas Jubilee
Gifts/Meals for 500 children & families. |

2006 Sustainability
The Sycamore Foundation presented awards to six non-profit organizations
in the State of Indiana. The categories were:
Impact, Innovation, and Sustainability. Family Christian Development
Center was honored to be chosen for the small
business sustainability award.
FCDC is a non-profit agency that relies on support from individuals,
families, churches, and businesses for much of the cost of its day-to-day
operations.
